Individual therapy is available for those seeking more personalized, one-on-one support. Sessions are tailored to your unique experiences and may focus on trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and/or personal growth.
Individual therapy is a great complement to group work or a starting point for those who prefer a more private space.

Enrollment is open on a rolling basis with new cohorts starting regularly. Limited spots available to maintain an intimate, supportive environment.
